With the scorching sun beating down outdoors and production workshops becoming stiflingly hot, working in such conditions is grueling. Yet, undeterred by the extreme heat, frontline employees at Hubei Dongrun have remained steadfast at their posts, working tirelessly to maintain production and ensure the stable delivery of orders—shouldering the responsibility of production through their sweat and dedication.

To effectively implement summer heat-relief measures, safeguard the physical and mental well-being of employees, and ensure safe and orderly production, leaders from the High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions recently visited the Hubei Dongrun facility.
